All activities offered by MUHBA must be reserved in advance, either by telephone (93 256 21 22) or by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
To make your reservation, the following procedures must be followed:
Activities for school groups:
Reservations for activities must be made at least two weeks in advance.
Once the reservation has been made, you will receive (via e-mail or fax) a confirmation letter containing all the information on the activity (date, time, activity, price, form of payment, etc). This confirmation letter and the payment receipt must be submitted on the day of the activity.
The reservation payment must be made 15 days in advance of the visit. You will then send the payment receipt by fax or e-mail.
The remaining amount for the activity must be paid at the ticket office on the day of the visit.
Always check the data on the reservation confirmation letter that you receive by fax or e-mail. Any change or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the visit. The amount paid will not be returned under any circumstances.
Please arrive on time. If a group arrives more than 15 minutes late, the activity will be cancelled.
School groups must be accompanied by a responsible adult from the school. A maximum of two supervising adults per group may enter without charge.
There is no rest period during the activity.
Activities for the general public:
Reservations must be made in advance.
If the visit does not begin at one of the museum's centres, once the reservation has been made, tickets for the activities can be collected from the ticket office at MUHBA Plaça del Rei or by making a bank transfer to the account of the Institut de Cultura de Barcelona - "La Caixa": 2100 3236 83 2200065134 (please state your name, the activity and the date of same).
If the visit begins at one of the museum's centres, payment must be made in cash before the activity begins.
